Welcome to PlantsMark. By using our website or engaging our indoor landscaping services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

PlantsMark provides indoor landscaping design, plant and planter supply, installation, and optional maintenance for residential and commercial spaces. Package details, inclusions, and pricing shown on the website are indicative and confirmed in your written quotation.

2. Quotes and bookings

Submitting a quote request or approving a digital quotation does not automatically create a final contract until both parties confirm scope, schedule, and commercial terms. Site conditions may require adjustments after assessment.

3. Payments

An advance (typically 80% of the quotation total, as configured) is required to confirm booking. Design Consultation fees charged separately are non-refundable; if your package includes Design Consultation, no separate fee applies. Other payment schedules and due dates are specified in your quotation. Work may be paused if agreed payments are overdue.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

Please refer to your specific quotation or contract for cancellation and rescheduling policies. Custom-sourced plants, fabricated pots, or scheduled installation windows may involve non-refundable costs once procurement has started.

5. Plant care and warranties

Plant health depends on light, watering, and environment. Maintenance guarantees apply only when you purchase and follow an active PlantsMark maintenance plan, as described in your agreement.

6. Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access to admin systems, or submit spam or abusive content through our forms. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.
